...that the internet had nothing left to offer me, along comes MS Paint Porn and reminds just how fathomless the world wide wackoff truly is. I originally found one of these on one of my hourly Fuzzysquid LJ searchs, and thought "Hmm... that's what i thought a vagina looked like when i was in grade school." sort of like a softish fortune cookie. neato!
This piece is entitled "Budha's Wet Dream"This piece entitled "Tit fuck on Magic Carpet"
So i followed the link to this girls blog where she had a handfull more of these wonderfully juvenile images, some of them animated (@_@!!) I thought maybe this was her bag, drawing crude child like MS paintings of people like... you know... doing it. I was getting ready to comment to her, and propose some sort of beautiful love affair we could share... over IM or something... when i noticed the last one linked to a website... so i clicked it.
"Beach Cyclops takes shot to the Face"
Lo and behold, a treasure chest was opened. a big 8-bit, ROYGBIV chest with nary a gradient or proper proportion to be seen. Filled with some of the most bizarrely precious porno the world has ever seen. Enjoy!
"Giant hairy foot penis has it's way with foot slut"
Feeling mellow this AM, and thought i'd dig up a few tracks from a few of my favorite artists:
1. Good Ol' Will Oldham - doing a live recording on Dutch radio, the sound quality is as good as an album, as is the performance - could be straight off of "Master". Watching how this guy forms his syllables is fun too.
One youtuber commented: "i love this ugly man."
2+3 are from Ol' Billy Callahan, aka (smog) the "holy ghost" in my alt-folk/country/whatever, holy triumvirate; can you guess the other two? Apparently the girl dancing from the waist down is Chan Marshall, which is really hot to imagine - i don't know if that's true or not, since this songs off of Supper, and i think he might have been dating Joanna Newsom by this time, so i guess, then imagine it's Joanna... either way you win.
4. My buddy Jason, Molina. This guy doesn't seem to make videos, and this was the only one i could dig up. Good thing is one of his better songs, off of one of his darkest albums. I've really enjoyed this Youngian phase he's been going through lately with the Electric Co, but damn this guy could write a slow burner.
Choice lyric "I've be thrashed by the truth of your body" can feel that anguish?
Tase me twice, you might kill me if i'm a mentally retarded jesus freak:
"Jerseyville police, like most police departments, have a written policy that outlines the acceptable scenarios for firing a 50,000-volt Taser gun at a suspect.
But a week after Roger Holyfield was shot twice with a Taser and later died, it's still unclear which scenario he fit.
Holyfield was the 17-year-old who a week ago was carrying a Bible and a cordless house phone down South State Street in Jerseyville. He was shouting for Jesus. Friends say Holyfield suffered from a mental illness. When police tried to subdue him, a struggle broke out.
After he was handcuffed, police jolted Holyfield twice with the Taser. He died a day later in a St. Louis hospital. Police have declined interview requests by the media. Information from that night comes from two press releases and a news conference. Police are not releasing more details until state police investigate the shooting. " -St Louis Today (about 7 months ago.)
And that cop that tased that college kid in LA 5 times has a bit of a record:
The UCLA police officer videotaped last week using a Taser gun on a student also shot a homeless man at a campus study hall room three years ago and was earlier recommended for dismissal in connection with an alleged assault on fraternity row, authorities said.
UCLA police confirmed late Monday that the officer who fired the Taser gun was Terrence Duren, who has served in the university's Police Department for 18 years.
Duren, who was named officer of the year in 2001, also has been involved in several controversial incidents on campus.
Senior Mostafa Tabatabainejad, 23, was asked by Duren and other university police officers for his ID as part of a routine nightly procedure to make sure that everyone using the library after 11 p.m. is a student or otherwise authorized to be there.
Authorities said Tabatabainejad refused repeated requests to provide identification or to leave. The officers decided to use the Taser to incapacitate Tabatabainejad after he went limp while they were escorting him out and after he urged other library patrons to join his resistance, according to the university's account. -LA Times
According to popular belief, tryptophan in turkey meat causes drowsiness[9]. Turkey does contain tryptophan, which does have a documented sleep-inducing effect as it is readily converted into serotonin by the body. However, tryptophan is effective only when taken on its own as a free amino acid. Tryptophan in turkey is found as part of a protein, and, in small enough amounts, this mechanism seems unlikely[10].
A more-likely hypothesis is that the ingestion of large quantities of food, such as at a Thanksgiving feast, means that large quantities of both carbohydrates and branched-chain amino acids are consumed. Like carbohydrates, branched-chain amino acids require insulin to be transduced through the myocyte membranes, which, after a large meal, creates a competition among the amino acids and glucose for insulin, while simultaneously creating tryptophan's reduced competition with other amino acids for the Large Neutral Amino Acid Transporter protein for transduction across the blood-brain barrier.
Abuse of power much? yes, much to much. I myself have never been tassed, but i have been knocked to the ground and drenched in pepper sprayed, only for being in the wrong place at the wrong time with a bunch of uppity cops itching to use their toys.
Here's some of what's going around:
When he didn't immediately vacate the building, the security operatives returned with police officers to escort him from the premises. The Daily Bruin continues: "By this time the student had begun to walk toward the door with his backpack when an officer approached him and grabbed his arm, at which point the student told the officer to let him go. A second officer then approached the student as well.
"The student began to yell 'get off me', repeating himself several times.
"It was at this point that the officers shot the student with a Taser for the first time, causing him to fall to the floor and cry out in pain. The student also told the officers he had a medical condition."
The video shows the tasered ne'er-do-well shouting "Here's your Patriot Act, here's your fucking abuse of power", while refusing to get up. Shortly thereafter, the cops tasered him a second time for his trouble.
Students who protested at the treatment were themselves threatened to keep their distance or cop a tasering. Laila Gordy, "a fourth-year economics student who was present in the library during the incident", claimed officers threatened to zap her "when she asked an officer for his name and his badge number".
Eyewitness David Remesnitsky said of the incident: "It was the most disgusting and vile act I had ever seen in my life."
These alpha male animals pumped up on stupid and the smell of twitching electrocuted flesh are supposed to be the protectors of society? Fuck that, I am seriously starting to consider just giving everybody a gun and letting people defend themselves so that we don't have to deal with this idea that we can't do ANYTHING without the po-lice. Most the time they can't help me anyway. I really, really hate that we have to rely on these people to protect us when we are wronged. It sickens me.
Police stated that the student in question encouraged other students to join his one-man resistance, which likely led police to threaten the mob that surrounded the officers. The ACLU, of course, is calling the police's actions an illegal assault and police brutality. Because the video on the web only shows the tail end of the confrontation, and then only mostly audio, many people have begun to jump to conclusions about the matter. One columnist for the Daily Bruin has cautioned against to rampant knee-jerk responses to the matter.
On a campus where arrests due to student disruption seem common, it is little surprise that police take verbal abuse by students seriously. The response to the tasering seems to speak mostly of anti-police sentiment. - Blogcritics archive
The UCLA student stunned with a Taser by a campus police officer has hired a high-profile civil rights lawyer who plans to file a brutality lawsuit.
The videotaped incident, which occurred after the student refused requests to show his ID card to campus officers, triggered widespread debate on and off campus Thursday about whether use of the Taser was warranted. It was the third in a recent series of local incidents captured on video that raise questions about arrest tactics.
He said that Tabatabainejad, when asked for his ID after 11 p.m. Tuesday, declined because he thought he was being singled out because of his Middle Eastern appearance. Yagman said Tabatabainejad is of Iranian descent but is a U.S.-born resident of Los Angeles.
The lawyer said Tabatabainejad eventually decided to leave the library but when an officer refused the student's request to take his hand off him, the student fell limp to the floor, again to avoid participating in what he considered a case of racial profiling. After police started firing the Taser, Tabatabainejad tried to "get the beating, the use of brutal force, to stop by shouting and causing people to watch. Generally, police don't want to do their dirties in front of a lot of witnesses."
He said Tabatabainejad was hit by the Taser five times and suffered "moderate to severe contusions" on his right side.
"via... or via, or however you pronouce that, i say via cause it sounds like vial, and vials are used to make potions..."
So slow at work right now. so. slow. o. m. f. g. I've had three days to make a button that says "submit" i made that button. i made it five times. I made it in black and white, then in green, then i redid the gradients, then i added a "web 2.0" sheen. then i changed the font from helvetica to myriad, then to myriad pro. these buttons are done. i still have two days...
I think tommorrow i'm gonna start Tannermoore.com, get that domain setup... yup. that's what i'm gonna do...
So, i found this on youtube - if anyone wants to know what i was like when i was 12-14 (or 23.) here's a good example. This kid is my hero, i hope to takhisis he's for real.
Wow, this album is amazing. I didn't really care all that much for the milk eyed mender, i prefer my twee to be from somewhere in the UK, or just on {K}.
But this is spectacular - It makes me want to play endless hours of D&D in the middle of a winter's field, drenched in icy warm sunlight, drinking that drink from Narnia w/ my close companions the Rooster, the Monkey, the Bear, the Donkey, the little little chickadee and the the momma cow. I haven't felt like this since i discovered "babes in the wood" by The Steve Miller Band.
Awesome, even though i'm totally hung over today and my lips are stained purple, thanks to the kickass election night party at mine and JB's last night, i feel good. Why is that? I'd say it's cause a bunch of deadbeat douchebag senators and house representators are packing their paper weights and heading back to obscurity where they can no longer do us any harm. That or,
cause Rumsfeld quit, yep. That's fucking great! about time... sadly though i can't help but feel like the damage has been done... hopefully things will start looking up. (oh optimism, i know you're in their somewhere...)
Where will Will Oldham show up next, last i saw him he was playing a bit roll in the excellent Junebug, and now i find him in bed w/ david cross for this episode of Wondershowzen taking the piss out of all those asinine, pandering, redneck roundup, white trash comedy shows.
Also, The Letting Go, is amazing. best album since Master + Everyone.
Also a reminder that tomorrow night at my place, JB is hosting THEelectron election party to be at this election season, here's what he says:
